Fresh Floors began offering cleaning services in 2004 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founder, Jeremy Holland, decided to put something back into the cleaning industry that was missing … Service! Quickly Jeremy recruited the help of his father, Fred Holland. As a father son team, Fred and Jeremy, were able to build a successful business through word of mouth.
As time went on, and business increased, it became obvious that they needed to bring in another piece of the puzzle. That is when they called on Cousin Stephen. Stephen Knox (click on Stephen’s name to see his blog) had recently been layed off from his position in operations of a flooring company, and though he had worked at Fresh Floors for several years, it was all part-time and just to help out. This was different. This call was to help take Fresh Floors to the next level, and to help Fresh Floors continue to grow.
As a result of all their hard work, their small business flourished into what it is today. Today, Fresh Floors is one of the most trusted entities in carpet, tile, grout and upholstery cleaning in the Cincinnati Tri-State area in commercial applications.
